Sunny Isles Boulevard Center - Uniform Sign Plan <br />151 Sunny Isles Beach Boulevard <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />This Resolution is presented for your consideration and approval. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2006-244 (commonly known as the Sign Code), adopted on February 16, <br />2006, multi-tenant shopping centers are required to submit a unifonn sign plan for the approval of the <br />City Commission. Under the Sign Code, all signs in multi-tenant plazas must be unifonned in tenns of <br />illumination, material, fabrication and sign area. Additionally, the signs must be unifonned in tenns of <br />color. R.K.Sunny Isles Boulevard Center, ("Applicant") has submitted the attached unifonn sign plan for <br />the following shopping plaza: <br /> <br />151 Sunnv Isles Beach Boulevard- R.K. Sunnv Isles Boulevard Center <br /> <br />(1) Suite 151 <br />(2) Suite 155 <br />(3) Suite 157 <br />(4) Suite 159 <br /> <br />(5) Suite 161 <br />(6) Suite 163 <br />(7) Suite 167 <br /> <br />(8) Suite 169 (11) Suite 175 <br />(9) Suite 171 (12) Suite 177 <br />(10) Suite 173 (13) Suite 179 <br /> <br />(14) Suite 181 <br />(15) Suite 183 <br />(16) Suite 185 <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the plans submitted and fmds that the plans are in compliance with the Sign Code. <br />Specifically, the plans are in compliance with requirements section 265-58(J) of the City Code. Approval <br />by the City Commission is required when the sign plan is in compliance with the Code.
