<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Approval of Agreement. The Interlocal Agreement with the Municipal <br />Undergrounding Utilities Consortium, in the amount of Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty- <br />Eight Dollars ($5,338.00) for the City's Participation in said Consortium, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A", be and the same, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do <br />all things necessary to effectuate the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
