As such, the park is the <br />Gty's responsibility. Park patrons have approached Elected Officials and Gty staff to request the <br />installation of swings in the park. The proposed package includes two separate swing structures, one <br />for ages 2 - 4 and one for ages 5 - 12 with ADA compliant safety surfacing as attached. This <br />improvement will enhance the experience of park patrons. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />This agreement with Kool Playgrounds is a piggyback on the V olusia County School Board Bid # <br />PL-731P, dated 1/ 16/07. Funds for this purchase are available in the Capital Fund account <br />20.600.5648. Additionally, the Gty received three quotes from various vendors for this purchase <br />and installation in which Kool Playgrounds provided the lowest bid. <br />
