Vera, Assistant City Manager <br />Robert Solera, Community Development Director <br />Elena Del Campillo, Planning and Zoning Technician <br /> <br />April 19, 2007 <br /> <br />Triumph Development L.L.C. <br />220 - 180th Drive <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />This resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />By Resolution No. 05-Z-92, adopted on March 22, 2005, Triumph Development L.L.C., the <br />Applicant received site plan approval from the City Commission for the zoning application <br />Z2004-0 1. If the Commission grants an extension for 1 or 2 years the developer will have that <br />period of time to obtain a building permit. In the event the Commission does not approve the <br />extension of time, then the developer will lose the development rights approved with the project. <br />Under the original approval by the Commission the developer did not request bonuses or TDRs <br />for the development.
