City policy requires <br />agreements to be signed by the vendor before Commission consideration. As such, we have <br />enclosed three (3) original agreements for signature by you and two witnesses. <br /> <br />Upon completion, please return all three (3) original agreements to my attention by Wednesday, <br />March 14, 2007.
