Irrigation <br />3. Landscape uplights for type of fixture only (electrical <br />by others) <br />4. Street furniture <br />5, Visit to 10calnUfsery to approve matched 'Medjool' <br />Date Palms, <br />C) Respond to Contractor RFI's and issue necessary clarifications and <br />interpretations of the Contract Documents, <br />D) Prepare necessary revisions to the plans. <br />E) Conduct periodic site visits appropriate to the various stages of <br />construction. Provide reports documenting observations and progress of <br />the work, <br />F) Attend monthly construction meetings for a period of 12 twelve months, <br /> <br />Our Lump Sum Fee for the professional services stated above will be $24,380,00, A <br />detailed cost breakdown is attached. <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses, sllch as but not limited to, reproductions, computer plots, <br />and Federal express/courier expenses will be additional and will be invoiced for at our <br />cost plus 10% handling fee, Travel expenses are included in the lump slim fee, <br />
