They included KMR at $20,514, Calvin- <br />Giordano (though their quote did not include construction) at $22,000, and Eisman & <br />Russo at $25,880. <br /> <br />This contract will include among other things, the work necessary to plan, design, <br />construct, and inspect the work and construction methods on this project. <br /> <br />Funds are available in CIP Account 20-600-5648. <br /> <br />City Commissioll <br />Norman S.
