<br />American Appraisal Associates <br /> <br />PROJECT TEAM <br /> <br />Professionals assigned to this project will involve several levels of management: executive review, <br />project manager, contract manager, and the appraisal staff: <br /> <br />The project staff will include: <br /> <br />Executive Review: <br /> <br />Gary M, Soucek <br />Assistant Vice President/Managing Principal <br /> <br />Contract Manager: <br /> <br />Lori Flemming <br />Director, Property j\ppraisal Services Group <br /> <br />The above professional staff members will have overall responsibility and are key personnel to the <br />successful completion of the assignment. Specific appraisal staff assignments may vary depending <br />upon current availability at the time of the authorization to proceed with this project. <br /> <br />TECHNICAL APPROACH <br /> <br />The capital assets to be included in this engagement are located in three (3) City-owned facility sites <br />and structures, as reported by the City. The property includes the City Hall, Public Works Building <br />and the Library, The facilities include Capital Assets, which comprise typical municipal occupancies, <br /> <br />General assets included in the development of the comprehensive fixed asset model include: <br /> <br />~ Land <br />~ Land Improvements <br />~ Buildings and Building Improvements <br />~ Moveable Equipment <br />~ Infrastructure <br /> <br />Excluded from the services provided by this proposal are: <br /> <br />~ Assets Below the $1000 Capitalization Threshold <br />~ Leased Equipment - Operating <br />~ Assets in or at locations that are considered as not easily accessible or identified locations <br />within the proposal <br />~ Personal Property of Employees or Others <br />~ Vehicles <br />~ Supplies/Expendable Inventories <br />~ Historical Treasures <br /> <br />When equipment is not easily accessible, we will consult with you to gather the information, or the <br />assistance, needed to perform American Appraisal's inventory, <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />May 18, 2007 <br />2505-07 .027 <br />
