Proposul No. 07.1138 <br /> <br />C. **This proposal assumes a single door for security enclosure at the existing <br />East stair tower, however this approach will require and approval by the <br />Miami-Dade County Fire Department. Since the solution to the security <br />issue also may have impact on Life Safety issues, we will attend a Pre- <br />Submittal \Vith the Fire Engineering Department which may require <br />adjustment to the Scope of Work and the proposal if they are not in <br />agreement with the addition of a single door <br /> <br />D. Contract Administration will be billed hourly on an as needed basis. Any <br />alteration or deviation from the aforementioned will be executed only upon <br />written orders for the same and \vill be added to or deducted from the sum <br />quoted in this proposal. All additional agreements must be in \Hiting. <br /> <br />2. BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Hourly rates with an estimated fee of $42,457.00 plus reimbursables at $2,122.85 <br />with a total not to exceed an10unt of $44,579.85. Payments to be made monthly. <br /> <br />3. TIME OF PERFORlVIANCE <br /> <br />Item I through under the scope of services will be completed within 0 calendar <br />days after the Notice to Proceed except for delays beyond the control of the <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />4.
