Scope of Work - <br /> <br />KMR Construction Management, Inc. shall design and build the foundation and slab for <br />the pre-engineered restroom facility located at the Town Center Park, 172nd Street and <br />Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. <br /> <br />G. Approval and Permits - <br /> <br />· Dade County Fire Plan Review Section <br />· Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management <br />· City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />· Miami- Dade Water and Sewer <br />· City of North Miami Beach Water Department <br /> <br />H. Allowances - <br /> <br />We have incorporated an allowance of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for all County <br />Plan Review fees and City Permit fees. Any and all costs over and above the allowance <br />figure shall be reimbursed to KMR Construction Management, Inc. as an extra cost. <br /> <br />I. Work by others- <br /> <br />Please note that our scope of work does not include the side walks to and from said <br />facility.
