<br />Pursuant to your conversation with Bob Hollander, we have requested the following changes to your insurance
<br />coverages to be effective 10/1/07:

<br />I. Reduce the General Liability limits from $10,000,000 to $5,000,000 - Annual Return Premium $8,357.
<br />
<br />2. Reduce the Automobile Liability limits from $10,000,000 to $5,000,000 - Annual Return Premium $30,698,
<br />
<br />3. Reduce Law Enforcement Liability limits from $10,000,000 to $5,000,000 - Annual Return Premium
<br />$11,591.
<br />
<br />4. Reduce the Public Officials Liability limits from $5,000,000 to $3,000,000 & Increase Deductible from
<br />$5,000 to $10,000 - Annual Return Premium $18,262.

<br />5. Reduce EPLllimits from $5,000,000 to $3,000,000 & Increase Deductible from $5,000 to $10,000 - Annual
<br />Return Premium $7,797,

<br />6. Increase Employee Dishonesty Limit from $250,000 to $1,000,000 - Annual Additional Premium $354,
