These services shall be <br />conducted in a manner determined to be suitable by the Marina staff. <br /> <br />RULE 23 - SALE OF FISH <br /> <br />The sale of fish directly from commercial vessels or the marina is not <br />allowed without written Department approval. It shall be unlawful under any <br />circumstances to dispose of fish by dumping whole fish into the waters of <br />the marina. It shall be unlawful under any circumstances to dispose of said <br />fish into the waters of the marina. Containers are provided and must be <br />used. <br /> <br />RULE 24 - SALE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES <br /> <br />Food and beverages shall not be sold or served aboard a commercial <br />vessel while within a marina except by those vessels that have been <br />specifically approved in writing by the Director. <br /> <br />RULE 25- RATE APPROVAL <br /> <br />All rates and charges by commercial vessels must have the prior approval <br />of the Director and cannot be changed without the approval from the <br />Director.
