Title and Paragraph headings are for convenient reference and are not <br />intended to confer any rights 'or obligations upon the parties to this <br />Amended and Restated Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 154-. Mer~er Clause <br /> <br />This Amended and Restated Intorlocal Agreement together with the <br />Exhibits hereto.. sets forth the entire agreement between the parties and <br />there are no promises or understandings other than those stated therein. It <br />is further agreed that no modification, amendment or alteration of this <br />Amended and Restated Agreement shall be effective unless contained in <br />a written document executed with the same formality and of equal dignity <br />herein. The Exhibits to this Amended and Restated Agreement will be <br />deemed to be incorporated by reference as though set forth in full herein. <br />In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this Amended and <br />Restated Agreement and the provisions in the incorporated Exhibits, then <br />Amended and Restated Agreement will prevail. <br /> <br />Any amendment to this Amended and Restated Agreement requested by <br />a local legislative body of the County or a participating municipality will be <br />placed on a School Board Agenda for consideration within sixty (60) days <br />of the School Board's receipt of such request. Likewise, any amendments <br />to this Amended and Restated Agreement requested by the School Board <br />will be placed on the agenda of the local legislative body of the County <br />and participating municipalities for consideration, within sixty (60) days of <br />receipt of the request. <br /> <br />Section 1 So Counterparts Clause <br /> <br />This Amended and Restatedlntorlocal Agreement may be executed in <br />counterparts and facsimiles shall constitute best evidence for all purposes. <br /> <br />Section 176. Supplementary A~reements <br /> <br />All parties to this Amended and Restatedlntorlocal Agreement stipulate <br />that the School Board may enter into Supplementary Agreements with <br />individual municipalities to address individual circumstances. Any such <br />Supplementary Agreement shall be consistent with the statutes governing <br />this Amended and Restatedlntcrlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />36 <br />
