At its regular meeting of December 13, 2007, the City Commission <br />appointed you to the Committee, Please be advised that Committee <br />Members are governed by the Rules of Procedure that govern the City Commission; <br />Resolution No. 2004-644 and 2004-666; Ordinance No. 2007-275; and the Sunshine and <br />Public Records Laws and Financial Disclosure Requirements of the State of Florida. <br />Attached are copies of the affecting Sunny Isles Beach legislation and information on <br />Sunshine and Public Records Laws for your reference. <br /> <br />Customarily, Committees meet once per month and an agenda is mailed to you one week <br />before the meeting. Committee Members who miss three (3) consecutive meetings may <br />be removed from office.
