Include all major divisions of coverage and be on a comprehensive basis <br />including: <br />i. Premises Operations (including X, C and U coverages as applicable. <br />ii. Independent contractor's Protective. <br />iii. Products and Completed Operations. <br />iv. Personal Injury Liability with Employment Exclusion deleted. <br />V. Contractual Liability. <br />vi. Owned, non -owned and hired motor vehicles. <br />vii. Broad Form property Damage including Completed Operations. <br />9. Provide coverage for not less than the following amounts. <br />a. Workers' Compensation, etc. under paragraphs 5.4.1 <br />and 5.4.2: <br />1. State <br />b. Contractor's Liability Insurance <br />under Article 5.4, which shall <br />also include completed operations <br />and product liability coverages <br />and eliminate the exclusion with <br />respect to property under the care, <br />custody and control of Contractor: <br />a. Workers' Compensation, etc. <br />under paragraphs 5.4.1 and 5.4.2: <br />1. State <br />2. Applicable Federal <br />(e.g. Longshoreman's and /or Maritime) <br />3. Employer's Liability <br />b.
