C� <br />ARTICLE 10 - CHANGES IN THE WORK; CLAIMS <br />Add the following: <br />"10.06. Without invalidating the agreement, Owner may, at any time execute <br />appropriate Change Orders for additions and /or deletions in the work of up to <br />25% of the total contract amount, without a change in the contract unit prices <br />bid." <br />ARTICLE 13 - TESTS AND INSPECTIONS; CORRECTION, <br />REMOVAL OR <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEFECTIVE WORK <br />13.03. TEST AND INSPECTIONS: <br />Replace 13.03.B. with: <br />"All testing shall be paid for by the Contractor." <br />Add the following sentence to Paragraph 13.07.A.: <br />"Specific and special warranties specified in the Contract Documents are in <br />addition to, and not in lieu of, the contractors general warranty. CONTRACTOR <br />shall not be relieved of general warranty obligations by the specification of <br />specific products or procedures." <br />13.09. In the first sentence of the paragraph OWNER, MAY CORRECT DEFECTIVE WORK: c <br />Change the first line from ": <br />If Contractor fails within a reasonable time after written notice of Engineer..." t <br />To read: <br />" If Contractor fails within ten (10) calendar days after written notice of <br />Engineer..." <br />ARTICLE 14 - PAYMENTS TO CONTRACTOR AND COMPLETION <br />In the first sentence of Paragraph 14.02.A.1., change the phrase "At least twenty days before <br />each progress payment is scheduled (but not more often than once a month), ..." to read: <br />By no later than the first day of the month, ... . <br />Following Paragraph Add 14.02.A.34 add:: <br />4. "An original Partial Release of Lien is required from the General <br />Contractor along with the application for Payment No. 1 and for each <br />subsequent application thereafter. For each application for payment <br />(excluding Application No. 1) the Contractor shall submit with the <br />Final Version 6/07 00800 -7 03 -4197 <br />
