D. If an equipment option is proposed, the option price must reflect any additional <br />installation and engineering costs required as a result of differences in equipment <br />installation requirements. No extra cost will be paid to the Contractor for <br />modification of concrete piping, electrical, etc., in the event the Owner elects to <br />accept an option.
