<br />G. Except as to 16.8A and 16.8C, the Owner shall be named as and additional <br />insured under such policies, except professional liability. Said policies shall <br />contain a "severability of interest" or "cross liability" clause without obligation <br />for premium payment of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to request a <br />copy of required policies for review. <br /> <br />H. All policies shall provide for 30-days notice to Owner prior to cancellation or <br />material change. <br /> <br />16.9 Electronic Mail Capabilities: <br /> <br />The Architect-Engineer must have electronic mail capabilities through the World Wide <br />Web. It is the intention of the Owner to use electronic communication whenever possible <br />for all projects. When possible, plans and specifications for review purposes will also be <br />transmitted electronically to the Owner. The Architect-Engineer shall provide its <br />electronic mail address and a name of a point of contact for electronic communications. <br /> <br />16.10 Hazardous Materials Disclaimer: <br /> <br />Architect and Architect's consultants shall have no responsibility for the discovery, <br />presence, handling or removal or disposal or exposure of persons to hazardous materials <br />or wastes in any form at the Project site, including but not limited to asbestos, asbestos <br />products, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) or other toxic substances. <br /> <br />16.11 Incorporation of Bid Response into the Contract: <br /> <br />The contents of the Architect Engineer's Response to the Owner's Request for <br />Qualifications No.: 07-08-01 ("Professional Design Services for the Heritage Park and <br />Parking Garage"), attached hereto as Exhibit "H", shall be incorporated into this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />(The remainder if this page has been intentionallY I~ft blank.) <br /> <br />21 <br />C0708-026 Spill is Canclcla & ParIllcrs.
