A list of these consultants with estimated <br />allowances has been included as Attachment I <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses related to the project, which include; long distance communications, reproductions, <br />plotting, and shipping will be invoiced at the actual invoice cost. <br /> <br />Other reimbursable expenses related to the project which include out-of-town travel, renderings, <br />animations, models, special engineering studies, reports, or special testing require City approval prior to <br />incurring expense. These expenses will be invoiced at the actual invoice cost. <br /> <br />This proposal is based on several assumptions regarding project size, budget, schedule and the requested <br />scope of work. We appreciate the opportunity to continue to provide professional services to Clay County <br />and look forward to working with you on this in the coming months. <br /> <br />Commencement of Work <br /> <br />Work will commence upon approval by the City Commission and a Notice to Proceed has been issued. The <br />above fee and schedule is based on our general understanding and assumptions of the services required <br />for the project.
