You <br />will recall that on February 21, 2008, the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Lukes <br />Landscaping, Inc. entered into Contract No. C0708-040 for landscaping services. <br />Pursuant to this agreement, Lukes Landscaping agreed to provided certain landscaping <br />services, including maintenance of landscape medians, trimming and/or removal of <br />trees, planting and re-planting of narrow medians. <br /> <br />The agreement specifically provided the City with an optional one (1) year renewal <br />period. Pursuant to Section 3 of the agreement, the City hereby exercises its optional <br />one (1) year renewal period under the same unit pricing.
