Inc. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution, approving an Option <br />Agreement for the purchase of property from A vila Condominium Association, Inc. ("the Seller"). <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The Seller has agreed to enter into an Option Agreement with the City for purchase of property located <br />at the N.E. corner of 175th Terrace, in the amount of $1 ,900,000.00 with a $25,000.00 deposit for a 90- <br />day option period. The Board of Directors for the Seller has approved the sale of the aforementioned <br />property to the City. It is important to note that the property will be a great asset to the City because it <br />can be used as off-site parking for Samson Oceanfront Park.
