John Szerlag, City Manager <br /> <br />Doug Haag, Assistant City Manager/Finance Division <br />Edel Fonseca, Information Technology Director <br /> <br />April 17, 2008 <br /> <br />Disaster Recovery Plan - Phase 2 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolution. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />The Information Technology Department is currently developing a Technology Continuation <br />Plan for our present infrastructure. The proposal will address the needs of the City and the <br />Police Department in case of an emergency and the availability of our applications and <br />communications systems. On December 17, 2007, we completed the first phase of the <br />implementation, which involved the City infrastructure.
