John Szerlag, City Manager <br /> <br />om I.} <br />Douglas Haag, Assistant City Manager/Finance <br /> <br />March 20, 2008 <br /> <br />FDOT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BOULEVARD <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached resolution approving the <br />agreement from FDOT for the landscaping and other improvements on Sunny Isles <br />Boulevard/State Road 826 Eastbound. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach will be responsible for maintaining these improvements once the <br />Sunny Isles Boulevard improvements are completed. The project is currently planned for <br />completion Summer, 2008.
