At its regular meeting of March 20, 2008, the City Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 2008-1237, which appointed you to the Historic Preservation <br />Board. Please be advised that Board Members are governed by the Rules of Procedure <br />that govern the City Commission; Ordinance No(s). 2004-197 and 2004-214; and the <br />Sunshine and Public Records Laws and Financial Disclosure Requirements of the State <br />of Florida. Attached are copies of the affecting Sunny Isles Beach legislation and <br />information on Sunshine and Public Records Laws for your reference. <br /> <br />The Board meets periodically and ordinarily, the agenda is mailed to you one week <br />before the meeting. Board Members who miss three (3) consecutive meetings may be <br />removed from office. Therefore, if you are unable to attend a meeting, please call Jane <br />A.
