<br />" . <br /> <br />The Contractor covenants that it presently has no interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or <br />indirectly which should conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of the Work. The <br />Contractor further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement, no person having any such <br />interest shall knowingly be employed by the Contractor. No member of, or delegate to the Congress of <br />the United States shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefits arising <br />therefrom. <br /> <br />1.23. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. The terms and conditions in this Agreement supersede any <br />other conflicting provisions that are contained in any other document. <br /> <br />1.24. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person <br />or situation shall to any extent, be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, and <br />the application of such provisions to persons or situations other than those as to which it shall have been <br />held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and shall continue in full force and effect, <br />and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br /> <br />1.25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
