Vera, Assistant City Manager/ Service Division <br /> <br />February 21, 2008 <br /> <br />Amendment to Spillis Candela contract <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approved the attach resolution rarifying an <br />amendment the Spillis Candela DMJM contract for the design of Heritage Park. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The City Commission approved an agreement with Spillis Candella DMJM for the design of the <br />Heritage Park. There were some professional services that were not part of their contract. These <br />additional services consist of boundary mapping and location for underground utilities. Spillis <br />Candella DMJM has contracted with Keith & Associates Consulting Engineers the above referenced <br />services. The fee for the scope of their services is $15,000 dollars.
