Vera, Assistant City Manager/ Service Division <br /> <br />April 17, 2008 <br /> <br />Building and identification signs for Pelican Community Park <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />This resolution is brought forth for your consideration <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />The construction contract for the Pelican Community Park did not include a budget amount for <br />signage, As part of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) there are several evacuation <br />signage as well as room location signage meeting AD1\ requirements that need to be installed prior <br />TCO. In addition to the interior signage, exterior identification signage for the building is also <br />needed. In order to expedite the construction and installation of the signage, the City has piggy back <br />to an existing contract that it currently has Graph-Plex.
