At that time, it was anticipated <br />that these services would not individually or cumulatively result in expenditures exceeding $10,000,00, <br />and the Agreement was approved administratively. A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Now, the Government Center Fountain is in need of a new liner. This will be a marked improvement to <br />the existing surface which must be constantly drained and cleaned (causing serious concern in this time <br />of major water conservation efforts) and will provide much improved aesthetics. Long term durability <br />will also be significantly improved. All Florida Pool & Spa has submitted a proposal for construction of <br />the liner, in the amount of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($11,750), attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />These additional services will result in result in expenditures exceeding $10,000.00 to the vendor for the <br />current fiscal year. As such, the Agreement and the 1 st Addendum to the Agreement are being presented <br />for Commission ratification and approval, respectively.
