Four of the <br />benchmark cities do not offer this as a city-paid benefit for any of its employees. Ba1 <br />Harbour, however, does pay for this benefit for its sworn officers. <br /> <br />Life Insurance(Group) <br /> <br />All cities do pay for group life insurance for general employees, exempt/department <br />heads, and sworn employees. SIB along with four benchmark cities pay for one times <br />(Ix) the employee's salary for general employees. Key Biscayne and Pinecrest do more <br />and pay for two times (2x) the employee's salary for its general employees. Hallandale <br />beach pays a dollar amount of $25,000. <br /> <br />For exempt/department heads, SIB along with three benchmark cities pay two times (2x) <br />the employee's salary while three of the benchmark cites pay one times (Ix) the <br />employee's salary.
