New Department procedures required this type of agreement between Agencies to have a <br />different contract and financial number. Therefore a new agreement will need to be executed by the <br />City and the Department. <br /> <br />The new Joint Project Agreement has the same terms as the one that it replaces. If your City agrees, <br />enclosed are five copies to be executed by the City. Please include the City's Resolution. <br /> <br />The existing agreement expires June 30, 2008.
