This Agreement supersedes all prevIous <br /> <br /> <br />agreements and representations, whether oral or written, between the CITY and the <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY and made with respect to the matters contained herein and when duly executed <br /> <br />constitutes the complete Agreement between the CITY and the COUNTY. <br /> <br />29. NOTICE. All notices given pursuant to this Agreement shall be mailed by <br /> <br />United States Postal Service registered or certified mail to the parties at the addresses <br /> <br />specified on page two (2) of this Agreement or addresses otherwise properly furnished. <br /> <br />30. RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement is being recorded in the <br /> <br /> <br />public records of Miami-Dade County, Florida, for the particular purpose of placing all <br /> <br /> <br />owners and occupants, their successors and assigns, upon notice of the provisions herein <br /> <br /> <br />contained. The CITY shall pay all recording fees. <br />
