Vera, Assistant City Manager <br />Robert Solera, Community Development Director <br /> <br />December 18, 2008 <br /> <br />Final Replat for Oceanic Development, LLC <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />This resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Oceanic Development, LLC previously received approval for the development of "Oceanika" <br />passed and adopted through Resolution No. 07-Z-112 in November 15, 2007 for a 20-unit <br />townhouse project consisting of four (4) buildings containing five (5) units each. Oceanic <br />Development, under approval condition (12) shall replat the eight (8) parcels located on the East <br />side of Atlantic Boulevard, to subdivide the property into twenty (20) fee simple single-family <br />townhouse-units. Florida Power & Light (FPL) has by letter agreed to underground the overhead <br />facilities located on the rear of the property facing Collins Avenue at Oceanic Development's <br />expense to the front of the property located along Atlantic Boulevard. FPL will need a 10-foot <br />easement in the front of the property where the underground facilities will be located.
