<br />Piat Number: T-23003 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Water Control (Approved) <br />Voice: 305-372-6681, Fax: 305-372-6489 <br />._m.... __ <br />The Water Control Section has reviewed the subject Tentative Plat and recommends its approval with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />Sites located within unincorporated Miami-Dade County shall be filled in accordance \vith the requirements of <br />Chapter 11 C of the County Code. <br /> <br />Site shall be filled in a manner so as to prevent the flooding of adjacent properties. Interceptor swales shall be <br />constructed on-site with no encroachment over adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Coastal Resources (N A) <br />Voice: 305-372-6575 <br />__ ..._~__.m_.......' <br />No Recommendation <br /> <br />Wetlands (Approved) <br />Voice: 305-372-6585 <br />_. ~_..._--_.._..... .. --. <br />The subject properties do not contain jurisdictional wetlands as defined by Chapter 24-5 of the Code: therefore. a <br />Class IV Wetland Pem1it will not be required. <br /> <br />The applicanl is advised that permits from the Army Corps of Engineers (305-526-7181). the Florida Department <br />of Environmental Protection (561-681-6600) and the South Florida Water Management District (1-800-432-2045) <br />may be required for the proposed project. It is the applicant's responsibility to contact these agencies. <br /> <br />Trees (Approved) <br />Voice: 305-372-6574 <br />. .---... ........_- .-. <br />The Tree Program has no objection to this plat with the condition that specimen-sized trees are preserved on the <br />sites and that a Miami-Dade County Tree Removal Permit should be obtained prior to the removal or relocation of <br />any tree on the propenies. <br /> <br />The above referenced sites may contain specimen-sized (Trunk diameter 1 S inches or greater) trees. Section 24- <br />49.2(11) of Chapter 24. the Code of Miami-Dade County requires that specimen trees be preserved whenever <br />reasonably possible. A Miami-Dade County Tree Removal Permit is required prior to the removal or relocation of <br />any tree that is subject to the Tree Preservation and Protection provisions of Chapter 24. Said Tree Removal <br />Pennit shall meet the requirements of Sections 24-49.2 and 24-49.4 of the Codc. <br /> <br />The applicant is required to comply with the above tree permitting requirements. DERM's approval is contingent <br />upon inclusion of said tree permitting requirements in the approval of this plat. <br /> <br />The applicant is advised to contact DERL\;l staff 305-372-6574 for additional information regarding tree <br />penllitting procedures and requirements prior to site development. <br /> <br />Please be advised thai average time to obtain a Tree Removal Permit is approximately lO working days, however. <br />actual time to obtain a Tree Removal Permit may vary sibl'Jlificantly based on the completeness of the submittal. <br />
