Hines, CMC, City Clerk~ i ~ <br /> <br />December 24, 2008 <br /> <br />Approval of Tenex Enterprises Bid Award and Agreement <br /> <br />At its regular meeting of December 18, 2008, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />2008-1357, which approved an agreement with Tenex Enterprises for the SR AlA/Collins <br />Avenue Streetscape Improvements Project. Enclosed are a copy of the approving legislation and <br />a fully-executed, original Agreement to forward to Tenex, and a copy for your files.
