<br />EXHIBIT "C" <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />1. All repair and maintenance of Traffic Safety Camera Program systems and related equipment <br />will be the sole responsibility of Vendor, including but not limited to maintaining the casings <br />of the cameras included in the Vendor System and all other Equipment in reasonably clean <br />and graffiti-free condition. <br /> <br />2. Vendor shall not open the Traffic Signal Controller Boxes without a representative of Miami- <br />Dade County Traffic Engineering present. <br /> <br />3. The provision of all necessary communication, broadband and telephone serVIces to the <br />Designated Intersections will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor <br /> <br />4. The provision of all necessary electrical services to the Designated Intersections will be the <br />sole responsibility of the Vendor. <br /> <br />5. In the event that images of a quality suitable for the Authorized Employee to identify <br />Infractions cannot be reasonably obtained without the use of flash units, Vendor shall provide <br />and install such flash units. <br /> <br />6.
