<br />EXHIBIT "F" <br /> <br />COMPENSATION & PRICING <br /> <br />Per Paid Fee <br />There will be no charge to City during the Warning Period, and Vendor shall not receive any <br />compensation for any notices sent during the Warning Period. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of the Warning Period, and once Notices of Infractions are issued, Vendor <br />shall be compensated as follows: <br /> <br />Per Camera Paid Notices <br /> <br />1 st Tier Fee: First 2 paid notices per day in a month, per camera <br /> <br />$47.50 <br /> <br />2nd Tier Fee: Next 2 paid notices per day in a month, per camera <br /> <br />$27.50 <br /> <br />3rd Tier Fee All other paid notices in a month, per camera <br />$17.50 <br /> <br />If the average number of paid notices is 2 or fewer per day in a month, per camera the Vendor <br />shall receive all revenues collected for the billing period. <br /> <br />Vendor shall have the right of first refusal to provide collections services for this program, the <br />collection methods and compensation for which shall be determined by the parties in an <br />addendum to this Agreement. <br /> <br />Page 31 of 31 <br /> <br />~/6> <br />
