<br />1) Either party to this agreement may terminate it by providing the other party with <br />60 (sixty) days prior written notice. Client agrees to pay all outstanding monies <br />due to Agency within 30 (thirty) days from the effective date of termination. <br /> <br />2) Upon termination of this Agreement the Client agrees to complete all <br />reservations, contracts, etc, which has yet to be used, and were entered into by <br />the Agency on the Client's behalf. <br /> <br />3) Upon termination of this Agreement, and payment of all items, the Agency <br />agrees to give reasonable cooperation transferring the account to another agency. <br /> <br />XI. Signatures <br /> <br />This represents the full text of the Agency Services Agreement between the <br />aforementioned Client and Agency.
