Proposal No. 08-1995 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach - Internet External Only Map Services <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. will perfonn the following services based on our <br />understanding of the project requirements: <br /> <br />I. Professional Data Technologies & Development Services <br /> <br />A. Internet Map Service GIS data & Web Hosting <br /> <br />1. CGA Will provide GIS Data & Web hosting services for deployment of <br />the city's existing Internet Mapping Service for use by the citizens the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br />2. CGA will provide an FTP link for City GIS staff to post updated GIS <br />datasets on a regular scheduled basis. (Updated datasets will be posted to <br />our hosting facility as is. Any problematic datasets will be returned to the <br />city with a brief description ofthe problem & the hosted data will be rolled <br />back to previous version state, W1til such time as the city has corrected the <br />issue & CGA will post the updated dataset once again. If a problem should <br />still be unresolved then CGA will request that either the update in question <br />wait W1til the next scheduled occurrence or CGA would require an hourly <br />compensation for such services in addition to the contracted services) <br /> <br />3. (These services are for Hosting only. Any analysis or other data <br />manipulation or geo-processing will require an hourly fee in addition to this <br />hosting only proposal) <br /> <br />2. BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Hourly rates with an estimated fee of$625.00 plus reimbursables at $31.25 with a total <br />not to exceed amount of$656.25. Payments to be made monthly. <br />
