This recommendation is based on the following <br />criteria as set forth in the RFP documents: <br /> <br />1. Overall debris operations found to be highly cost competitive and reasonable. <br />2. Provided detailed responses to all RFP requirements. <br />3. Demonstrated excellent understanding and methodology for debris removal, quality <br />control, safety and multiple federal grant funding programs. <br />4. Ability to perform the work according to the City's requirements established in the RFP <br />documents. <br />5. Detailed previous experience performing like Scope of Work for government agencies in <br />disaster situations as documented via references provided. <br />6.
