Agreement Contract <br /> No. C0708-044 by and between the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") and Southeastern Engineering <br /> Contractors, Inc. ("Contractor") a business corporation licensed in the State of Florida, whose Federal <br /> Identification # is . The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK: The City wishes to add to the original Agreement with <br /> Contractor to construct the new retaining wall at Oceania Park, as more fully described in Attachment <br /> 2. COST: The Contractor agrees to charge an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Four Hundred <br /> Ninety-Four Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents ($4,494.49) for said services. <br /> 3. TERM: The term of this First Amendment shall begin upon the execution date of this First <br /> Amendment and shall end no later than March 31, 2009. <br /> 4.
