<br />· A current or former member of the City Commission who has been <br />elected to at least two (2) terms. <br />· An outstanding civic or community leader of local. state, or national <br />repute. <br /> <br />7. Naming Rights: <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision in this policy statcment, the City Commission may name <br />public facilities pursuant to a naming rights agreement, which provides compensation to the <br />City for such rights. <br /> <br />8. Recognition of Public Service on the City Commission or Boards: <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision in this policy statement the City Commission may recognize <br />a member of the City Commission or original incorporators of the City, and initial Charter <br />Committee by placing his or her name on a monument designatcd for placement in Heritage <br />Park. <br /> <br />Naming Rights Reso <br /> <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
