The work will <br /> require multiple mobilizations to complete as each driveway will need to be repaired one <br /> • half at a time to allow for temporary driveway access. Our proposal is as follows <br /> • <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: Labor, equipment, and material necessary to install: <br /> D. Multiple Mobilizations as each driveway and curb section to be done one half at a <br /> time. <br /> • Saw Cut and Remove Concrete Driveway,curbing,and sidewalk as required <br /> D Excavate and prepare subgrade for driveway <br /> • Install 6"Thick Concrete driveway with wire mesh reinforcement <br /> D. Install 4"Thick Concrete sidewalk <br /> D Install 2 ft wide valley gutter and F-curb transitions <br /> D Provide a flagman to direct traffic and protect fresh concrete. <br /> Based on this scope of work and as per the detailed breakdown attached,Southern ' 4131 55t '910.1) <br /> Underground Industries proposes to complete this work for a price of X48;5559:09.and we <br /> will need 1-2 weeks to schedule the work which should be completed in 1-2 weeks.
