3.0 Effect. Unless otherwise modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions contained in the Contract shall <br /> continue in full force and effect. <br /> 4.0 Conflict. To the extent any of the terms of this Amendment conflict with the terms of the Contract, the terms of <br /> this Amendment shall control. <br /> 5.0 Scrutinized Companies. Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the "Scrutinized Companies with <br /> Activities in Sudan List" or the"Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector list". <br /> 6.0 Warrant of Authority. Each person.signing this Amendment warrants that he or she is duly authorized to do so <br /> and to bind the respective Party. <br /> 7.0 Successors and Assigns. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors <br /> and permitted assigns of the Parties hereto. <br /> 8.0 Entire Agreement. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Contract shall be and remain in full <br /> force and effect in accordance with its terms and shall constitute the legal, valid, binding and enforceable <br /> obligations to the Parties.
