This extension request is based upon <br /> delays that were outside the control of the property owner/developer. These delays were a result of the <br /> project not being selected by during the initial tax credit funding cycle and therefore needing to rely on <br /> and apply for additional funding sources. This delayed the project by about 18 months while an alternate <br /> funding source was identified and secured.
