In <br /> 2015, the developer completed the Mansions and the Applicant purchased the Units in April of <br /> this year. The Applicant desires to enclose the north sunset terrace, which consists of 361 square <br /> feet. The Applicant has retained the architecture firm of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & <br /> Associates,who were the architects that designed the Mansions,to enclose the terrace. <br /> In order to effectuate this proposal, the Applicant respectfully requests a site plan <br /> modification adopting the plans entitled "PH 44 Mansions at Acqualina" as prepared by the <br /> architecture firm of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates.
