In 2012, the City Commission gave final approval for the Mansions development. In 2015, the developer completed the Mansions and the Applicant purchased the Units in April of this year. The Applicant desires to enclose the north sunset terrace, which consists of 361 square feet. The Applicant has retained the architecture firm of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates,who were the architects that designed the Mansions,to enclose the terrace. In order to effectuate this proposal, the Applicant respectfully requests a site plan modification adopting the plans entitled "PH 44 Mansions at Acqualina" as prepared by the architecture firm of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates.
