<br />allows us to advise you by electronic transmission of (i) our receipt of any Export Letter of <br />Credit naming you as beneficiary, including the wording of an Export Letter of Credit so you <br />can prepare export documents as per the Export Letter of Credit; (ii) the status of any <br />documents or payments with regard to any Export Letter of Credit; (iji) our confirmation of <br />any such letter of credit and (iv) any payment made pursuant to a drawing under any such <br />letter of credit. <br /> <br />You may elect to have export letters of credit of a Subsidiary or other entity reported to you <br />with our Export Electronic Trade Letters of Credit Selvice. You agree that the Subsidiary or <br />other entity will provide us with a written authorization, in a form acceptable to us, for us to <br />make that Subsidiary or other entity's information available to you. <br /> <br />You may prepare shipping documents based on your Export Letter of Credit advised details. <br />You may then edit and locally print those documents and courier them to us for <br />presentation. <br /> <br />REQUESTS FOR TRANSFERS <br />Partial Transfers. You may request the partial transfer, with or without substitution of <br />invoices, of Export Letters of Credit by submitting to us, for each transfer, a request providing <br />the following information: <br /> <br />. whether the transfer is with or without substitution of invoices <br /> <br />· Export Letter of Credit number <br /> <br />. name of issuing bank <br /> <br />. our advice number <br /> <br />· name and address of second beneficiary's advising bank <br /> <br />. amount to be transferred <br /> <br />· description of merchandise subject to the transfer <br /> <br />. name and address of second beneficiary <br /> <br />. unit price <br /> <br />. expiration date of transfer Export Letter of Credit <br /> <br />. latest shipment date <br /> <br />· number of days after shipment within which documents must be presented <br /> <br />. insurance percentage (if applicable) <br /> <br />. date of application <br /> <br />If we approve the transfer, we will advise the second beneficiary of the terms and conditions <br />of the transferred credit by full text teletransmission, mail/airmail or coul'ier (as we deem <br />appropriate). <br /> <br />With respect to all partial transfers, whether with or without substitution of invoices, you <br />may refuse to allow us to notify the second beneficiary(ies) of any future amendment(s) <br />received under the original Export Letter of Credit. <br /> <br />AD-AG-0455B (2004-2) <br /> <br />45 <br />
