<br />GLOSSARY OF TERMS <br /> <br />The following are some important terms that appear in this Booklet. <br /> <br />Aa:eptahle P~ Your name and any other payee name <br />you provide to us as an acceptable payee for checks to be <br />processed under the Lockbox SelVice. <br /> <br />Account Agreement. The current signature card, <br />International Account Agreement or SAOTC and ,the <br />publication(s), as amended from time to time, we provide <br />you containing terms and conditions applicable to each <br />deposit, savings or current account for which you use a <br />Selvice. <br /> <br />Bill Pa.Yment SeIVioo Provider. Any entity, which may <br />include us, you authorize to deliver payments, <br />remittance information and other related data from your <br />customers to us for the Electronic Bill Payment <br />Consolidation Service. <br /> <br />Business Da.,v. Each day on which the bank or bank office <br />providing or facilitating a Selvice is open for business <br />related to that Service. <br /> <br />Card. Each plastic charge card which we issue for your Card <br />Account under our Commercial or Corporate Card SelVices. <br /> <br />Caro Account. Each MasterCard or Visa account which we <br />issue to you or to a Cardholder under our Commercial or <br />Corporate Card Services, including an account for which <br />only an account number and no Card is provided. <br /> <br />Cash Advance. Use of a Card Account to obtain cash from a <br />participating financial institution, merchant or ATM, to <br />write a Convenience Check or to obtain items readily <br />convertible into cash, such as money orders, travelers <br />checks, foreign currency, lotteI)' tickets, casino chips and <br />race-track wagers. <br /> <br />Card Administrator. One or more individuals designated by <br />you in writing, as our primary contact for the Card <br />Accounts, who is authorized to take actions necessary or <br />appropriate to maintain the Card Accounts, including <br />without limitation designating persons to receive Card <br />Accounts, receiving communications from us related to the <br />Card Accounts, requesting the closure of Card Accounts <br />and otherwise communicating with us with respect to the <br />Card Accounts. <br /> <br />AD-AG-0455B (2004-2) <br /> <br />Cardholder. Your employee or any other person who you designate in <br />writing and who we approve to receive a Card Account or a <br />Commercially Prepaid Card. If you or a Cardholder makes a <br />Commercial Prepaid Card, a Card Account number or Convenience <br />Check available to another party, that person will also be <br />considered a Cardholder. <br /> <br />Check Issuance Request. Using the Check Issuanoo SeIVice, a <br />message transmitted from you to us requesting us to issue a <br />check on your behalf drawn on either accounts you maintain with <br />us or accounts designated and owned by us. <br /> <br />Collected and Ava.ilable Funds. Funds in an account equal to the <br />ledger balance minus float which, in our reasonable <br />determination, are not subject to a hold, dispute or legal process <br />preventing their withdrawal. <br /> <br />Commercial Prepaid Cazd A pre-paid magnetic strip-based plastic <br />card issue by us for a Cardholder's purchase of goods or services <br />or for cash withdrawals. <br /> <br />Controlled Disbursement Point. Each bank office designated <br />by us through which checks issued under the Controlled <br />Disbursement Service will be cleared or routed. <br /> <br />Convenience Check. A check which we may provide to you to draw on <br />a Card Account. <br /> <br />Deposit Account. One or more demand deposit accounts maintained <br />by you with us and used in connection with our Controlled <br />Disbursement Service. <br /> <br />Depository Transfer Checks (IJIQI). DepositoI)' trn.nsfer checks and <br />preauthorized checks to debit Receivers' accounts to accomplish the <br />same purpose as debit Entries. (Receiver is defined in the NACHA <br />Rules.) <br /> <br />Effective Entry Date. The date specified, in accordance with the <br />NACHA Rules, on the Entry by the Originator on which the <br />Originator intends the Entry to be settled. (Originator is defined in <br />the NACHA Rules.) <br /> <br />Electronic F\mds Transfur Ser:vices. ACH SeIVices, International <br />Electronic Funds Transfer Services and Wire Transfer Services. <br /> <br />67 <br />
