Offshore Events, LLC has contracted with OPA Powerboat Racing to insure a <br />nationally sanctioned race on Sunday, 6/13/10. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />In addition to the financial commitment, the City will also assist with in-kind advertising <br />and marketing of the event, providing in-kind Public Works support and, for events <br />within the city, Police Department support. The Cultural and Human Services <br />Department will assist with logistics of the event as needed as well as the liaison between <br />Offshore Events, LLC and the City. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />This amount is in the approved budget account number 10.572.5574, Special Events. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
