<br />In the Land Bank Fund an additional estimated $8,350,000 (net of $2,000,000 already budgeted)
<br />will be needed to finalize the remaining property acquisitions as follows: a $7,700,000 deposit
<br />for the eminent domain case; $1,300,000 for acquisition of 488 Sunny Isles Boulevard; and
<br />$1,350,000 Promissory note - Malibu Plaza, for the total estimated expenses of $10,350,000 less
<br />the current budget of$2,000,000 for a total budget amendment of$8,350,000.
