The addendum will authorize A TS to institute <br />collection actions on violations that remain unpaid beyond that point for a fee of 30% of <br />the actual cash collected. (i.e. if A TS collects $100, they retain $30 as their fee). <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />. Resolution <br />.
